How to use
Brush and Floss your teeth.
Twist pen until the gel is exposed on the brush. For first use, this may take several twists.
Smile wide keeping lips away from your teeth.
Paint a thin layer of gel on the front of teeth exposed when smiling.
Do not paint gel on the gums!
If the gel migrates to your gums, it will turn them temporarily white and irritate the soft tissue.
Insert trays into the mouth and turn on your light.
Expectorate or wipe off any excess foam as you are doing the whitening treatment.
We recommend a 15-30 minute treatment for optimal results.
Turn off light, remove trays and rinse the trays with cold water.
Brush teeth and thoroughly rinse with water.
Do not eat, drink or smoke for 15 minutes following the procedure.
