How to use:
1. Put into warm water (about 70℃
/ 158 ℉ ）for 10-15 seconds
to make the teeth trays soft.
Do not use water over 90℃ to
avoid the teeth trays crumple.
When the edge of the teeth
trays become wrinkled, please
get it out.
2. Shake the water out of
teeth trays to avoid burning
your month. Put into your
mouth and wear on gum. Empty
air between gum and teeth
trays and press hardly and
quickly.
3. Press for about 30 to 40
seconds, then take out from
your month.
4. Cut off the excess materials
and clean with cold water.
Notes:
1. if not make well at first
time, you can repeated steps
until you are satisfied.
2. Please clean before and
after using.
3. Please change new after
using for 3 to 4 times.
4. Mouth trays can not whiten teeth, it needs to use with whiten gel.
