IMPORTANT NOTE (please read)
Unrefined Coconut Oil will be firm below 76 F. Only processed coconut oil stays liquid.
During transportation the oil can become firm especially during the winter months.
Don't be annoyed about this because it is a normal process.
If you receive the bottle and the oil should be firm, place it in warm water for some minutes and the oil will become liquid. You just need 1 tbsp, so the entire oil does not have to be liquid.
IMPORTANT: Don't place the bottle in microwave or oven. Please read the instructions on the label.

DIRECTIONS
Use Oil Pulling as your daily oral care routine.
1. Use 1 tsp of the oil (or more). Warm bottle first in some warm water when oil is firm (unrefined coconut oil becomes firm below 76 degrees).
2. Swish oil in mouth for at least 5-10 minutes. Don't swallow or ingest.
3. Spit out in trash.
4. Rinse  with water and brush teeth as regular.
