    2 trays, one for your top set of teeth and one for your bottom set of teeth
    .
    Each pack has full instructions for shaping the trays to your teeth
    Instructions:
    Step 1
    : Use some 70-80
    ℃
    water and pour it in a clean dish and allow to cool for 30 seconds
    Step 2
    : Hold the tray by the tab and submerge in hot water for 3 to 5 seconds to soften
    Step 3
    : Place the softened tray into your mouth and bite down whilst at the same time pressing it against the front of your mouth with your fingers
    Step 4
    : Remove the tabs and mark the tray for the set of teeth it has been molded to. Repeat the process for the other tray
    If the tray is not made well, you can repeat the process for the second mould.
