    Thermoplastic tray can be shaped for your mouth in 4 easy steps:
    1) Emerge the pre-shaped teeth mold into the hot water end by end.
    2) Once the inside surface changed from white and hard to soft and transparent, put the soft pre-shaped mold onto your upper teeth.
    3) Press both sides to your teeth with your forefinger and thumb until the mold becomes white and hard in 1~2 minutes. The upper teeth mold is formed
