How do I use it?
Opalescence PF is used with custom bleaching trays from your dentist (not included).
Just fill each tray with a continuous line of whitening gel, taking care to aim the product toward the front side of the tray.
Insert the trays into your mouth, and tap them lightly so that they conform to the surfaces of your teeth.
Opalescence PF 35% Carbamide Peroxide- wear 30-60 minutes a day (TAKE-HOME Shorter wear time and Touch-ups)
After recommended wear time, remove the trays, and wipe the excess gel off your teeth with a finger or dry toothbrush.
Do not brush your teeth with toothpaste. Rinse your mouth well, and be sure not to swallow any gel.
Finally, wash your trays, dry them well, and store them properly to keep them clean and protected. You're done!

Yes! Opalescence PF contains carbamide peroxide, a whitening agent that's been proven safe and effective.
The added potassium nitrate and fluoride work to improve the health of your teeth while you whiten.
Fluoride strengthens enamel and prevents cavities, and potassium nitrate reduces sensitivity.
It's important to remember that the whitening gel does not need to completely coat your teeth in order to work.
